What do you classify as High Impact News Trading?

We define news trading as any trade placed 10 minutes before or 10 minutes after any major high-impact news event.
If a trade is opened outside of this window you can leave the trade open and hold it through news as long as a trade has a Stop loss and takes profit in place. Manually closing or opening a trade within this window will result in a breach. If the Stop loss or Take profit is triggered during this news event this will not count as a breach.
